    Anaheim Chili Pepper Plant : Heirloom A 6 to 8 inches long by 1 to 2 inches wide pendant shaped peppers matures from green to red. These large, mild chiles are perfect for chiles rellenos. This chile is used in many Mexican and New Mexican dishes. Very tasty and good eaten when stuffed, roasted, or in a Stir Fry. They have a tough skin, but it peels off easily if you first char the chiles over a flame and then steam them in a paper bag for several minutes. Very vigorous and productive plant. Scoville units 500 to 2,500.

    Ancho Gigantea Pepper Plant : Known as 'Ancho' when dried and 'Poblano' when fresh. Fruit is 5 to 7 inches long by 2.5 to 3 inches wide. Matures from Green to Brown. Fruits are almost black they are so dark green. Mexican variety used for stuffing when green (poblano) and sauces when red and dried (ancho). If you love chili rellenos, this is the pepper for you!     Cayenne Golden Pepper Plant : Cayenne type pepper that produces heavy yields of 6" long hot peppers. Peppers turn from green to golden yellow.
