Pimiento de Padron Pepper Plant : Named after the town where they originated. About 1 out of 20 fruits will be hot, and the rest mild. Harvest peppers when they are 1-1 1/2" long these peppers become hot if allowed to grow 2-3" long. Great sautéed in olive oil with a little sea salt.

Returning customer he has great plants. The peppers should be sautéed in a couple drops of olive oil and then add coarse sea salt when plated. Being from Spain that’s the way to eat them.
