Lemon Starburst-(Capsicum chinense)-The Lemon Starburst pepper also known as KS Lemon Starburst is an alleged cross between the Bahamian Goat and Scotch Bonnet peppers. The peppers are saucer shaped and range in color from light to bright yellow. A small percentage of the peppers like most Scotch Bonnet types will sometimes get tails. The flavor is citrus fruity with an above average Scotch Bonnet heat level. The Lemon Starburst chile plants are very productive and grow over 4 feet tall.
