Description   Snow White pepper is a beautiful medium size white habanero type pepper. It is not the same pepper as the smaller type also named Snow White. The Snow White chile ripens from green to bright white and like other white types may get a little bit of yellowing depending on growing conditions. The peppers are blocky shaped 1.5 inches long by 1.25 inches wide. The flavor tones are citrus fruity, and the heat is at a medium habanero heat level. The origin is believed to be the Caribbean Islands. The Snow White chile plants are very compact bushy plants that grow a height of 3 feet.
