inches in length, with bright red outer skin, which turns white at the
root base. Has good flavor and texture, excellent for dips or as a
garnish. Grows best during the cool periods of spring and fall, but will
also withstand early summer heat. Has a crisp texture and a mild sweet
flavor with less bite than conventional radishes.
