    Barker Pepper Plant : Developed in New Mexico and is considered a New Mexican/Anaheim type chile pepper. Peppers grow to 5 to 7 inches long by 1 to 2 inches wide and mature from green to red. Hottest of the Numex type peppers. Great for stuffing, roasting, canning and processing.15,000-30,000 scovilles.

    Numex Big Jim Pepper Plant : Hybrid pepper from the New Mexico State University. Plant grows to about 24" to 36" high. Listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the producer of the largest Chile pods ever grown, with specimens in excess of a foot long (12 inches). Peppers are mildly hot and turn from green to red when mature.
