Big Rainbow Tomato Plants : Big Rainbow is a spectacular beefsteak heirloom tomato that was originally from Polk County, MN with a flavor that is mild and sweet. This tomato plant is a big, sprawling, indeterminate, regular-leaf tomato plant that yield moderate to large crops of tomatoes that are 1 to 2 lb. Rib-shouldered bi-colored beefsteak tomatoes have gold flesh with beautiful red streaks running throughout. As tomatoes ripen they have a rainbow appearance with greens on the shoulder, yellow, orange, gold in the middle, and red on the blossom end. Fruit often has dynamic red splotches inside and on bottom. Big Rainbow's fruit is very juicy and fruity sweet. Good disease resistance. A late producer.
