Big Rainbow Tomato Plants : Big Rainbow is a spectacular beefsteak heirloom tomato that was originally from Polk County, MN with a flavor that is mild and sweet. This tomato plant is a big, sprawling, indeterminate, regular-leaf tomato plant that yield moderate to large crops of tomatoes that are 1 to 2 lb. Rib-shouldered bi-colored beefsteak tomatoes have gold flesh with beautiful red streaks running throughout. As tomatoes ripen they have a rainbow appearance with greens on the shoulder, yellow, orange, gold in the middle, and red on the blossom end.
