Description   The Amnesia is a superhot cross that was created by master grower Rocco Maltesi. It is unknown which peppers made this cross, but one is supposed to be the Skunk Chocolate. The Amnesia peppers ripen from green to dark brown. They resemble an elongated bumpy Scorpion type pepper. The flavor is smoky sweet once you get past the heat. The heat level is most likely above 1,000,000 SHU although there has been no official lab testing. The Amnesia chiles are consistent in size and shape but as with any new cross expect lots of variation. The Amnesia chile plants grow over 4 feet tall and have above average production.
