    Our plants are grown in a 3 ½ inch pot and are carefully packaged with a small poly bag secured around the pot to contain the soil and then each pot has a corrugated sleeve wrapped around pot and plant and secured with corner locks then slid down in a heavy duty corrugated container to protect your shipment
    .
    All plants have been inspected and certified by Clemson University Department of Plant Industry to be shipped anywhere in the continental United States. As earlier stated, we are not certified organic, but grow naturally including seed starting media, potting media which includes a natural fertilizer charge and wetting agent in an addition to any insect and disease control products being natural.
    On final checkout page it will be required to check a NO /YES box for substitutions and enter a specific shipping week in the drop down box for shipping your tomato plants within the dates listed.     Legend Tomato Plant : Introduced by Dr. James Baggett at Oregon State University. This tomato plant produces short, bushy, determinate, regular-leaf tomato plants tat yield early-bearing, 14 to 16-ounce, 3 to 4-inch, smooth, round, blemish-free, red tomatoes that have wonderful, delicious sweet flavors that are balanced well with just the right amount of acidity to invite praise. Fruit has very few seeds. Legend generally sets fruit earlier than Oregon Spring and Siletz, and sets fairly fruit well even under the cooler growing conditions of the Pacific Northwest. This tomato was also bred to be resistant to late blight fungus. A great salad tomato and canning tomato.

    Stupice Tomato Plant : This potato-leaf indeterminate heirloom from the Morzuich section Czechoslovakia is a cold-tolerant tomato that bears an abundance of very sweet, yet tangy flavorful 2 to 3-inch, deep red fruit. A 1988 comparative tasting in the San Francisco area gave it first place for its wonderful sweet/acid, tomatoey flavor and production. Extremely cold-resistant and hardy. Great for eating fresh or for canning.
