Hansel Eggplant
Dark purple fruit that is best picked at 3-4" long by 3/4-1" diameter but can grow 10" long. Young ‘Hansel’ eggplants have very few seeds. Hansel is non-bitter and perfect for grilling or slicing thin onto pizza. The plant size is small, no taller than three feet, which is perfect for
container growing. ‘Hansel’ will thrive on a patio or deck in a large
container. Small eggplants can be harvested only 55 days after planting
into containers.

Black Beauty Eggplant

almost every part of the country. It boasts big yields of large glossy deep purple so intense it looks black fruit. Plants can grow to about 30" tall.

Ichiban Eggplant
Has slim 10-inch long, purplish-black fruit. A variety that grows well in warm climates with full sun. This is one of the long, thin eggplants you may see served in gourmet
restaurants because the skin is thin and the flavor is sweet and mild.

Little Finger Eggplant
Purple to black small 4" to 6" fruit that grows in slim clusters of 3-5 with a mild delicate flavor. Little fingers Eggplant is normally fairly low maintenance and is normally quite easy to grow. Ideal for cooking quickly in a stir fry, and produce an early, prolific crop.You can start harvesting when they are only as big as your finger or let them get bigger. Either way they will taste mild and sweet.

Louisiana Long Green Eggplant
Light green skin fruit that grows 8 to 9" long sometimes called green bananas. Tall plants produces good yields of delicious eggplants with a nutty flavor and no bitter taste. Excellent quality, prolific yields. A rare heirloom from Louisiana. Needs a long, hot growing season for best results and good yields. These high quality eggplants are excellent for ratatouille.

Ping Tung Long Eggplant
A wonderful heirloom eggplant from Ping Tung, Taiwan. Fruits are a shiny dark lavender in color and grow up to 18” long and 2” in diameter. One of the best Asian eggplants on the market.
This variety can yield up to 20 fruits per plant and are vigorous and stress-tolerant. Very tender skin does not need to be peeled. Hardy, vigorous, disease
